Pilates & Yoga


Pilates is a series of movements that will stabilize and strengthen the core along with the rest of your body using your own body weight.

Pilates can be done on a mat either in a Pilates class, at home watching a DVD or just combine a few moves of your own and create a program that works best for you. A program typical last about 45 minutes.

No experience is required and this type of exercise works for all stages and ages. Pilates will help you gain strength, flexibility and can even help relieve some arthritis pain.



 Yoga is another exercise that combines a variation of moves that will also tone and enhance flexibility but focuses more on a mind to body experience through relaxation and meditation while performing each move with precision and controlled breathing.
